The room has been recently renovated and offers contemporary decor. The room is not very big and is very busy at peak times. It is therefore prudent to book ahead.

The restaurant offers a seasonal menu with a daily special. The formula is simple: 38€ for the first course, main dish, and dessert. The choice is sufficient with 8 starters, 8 mais dishes, and 7 desserts.
The menu is quite creative and diverse. For example, there is a crispy snail cake, bacon and mushrooms that are well done and crunchy, the products are fresh and a gourmet sauce.
There is also moor duck foie gras, cooked "au torchon" , cognac porto, which is very honorable, and accompanied by sourdoughbread.
Moving on tofree range chicken with tarragon and a very well-prepared mushroom risotto. The poultry is firm and tasty. The sauce is generous.
The ox cheek fondant with aromatics and carrot mousseline is very balanced with well cooked quality meat. A strong sauce and a sweet taste from the carrot mousseline offers a good harmony.
We watered all this down with a Corbières rozeta, Maxime Magnon. An organic vineyard of 12 hectares entirely worked by hand. It is strong enough to withstand the ox cheek and not too present to avoid taking over the the foie gras.
The dessert will be a dessert with chocolate entremet and caramel ice cream. Fondant, crunchy, powerful, and icy. A beautiful ensemble.
A very good impression of this à la carte restaurant where you rediscover well made dishes which are not often offered on menus, all at an affordable price.
