La régalade - The gourmet bistro of chef Bruno Daucet
A culture FROM THE COUNTRYSIDE
The chef, Bruno Doucet, discovered cooking thanks to his grandmother who prepared big hunting meals. This is why his cuisine remains inspired, without exclusivity, by hunting dishes. His cuisine is a good balance between a refined gastronomy and a collection of local dishes, respecting the product and highlighting the talented producers. The menu is of course updated according to the seasons.

Bruno Doucet has trained alongside big names like Jean-Pierre Vigato (1 star Chef) or Jean-François Piège (2 star Chef). He started in 2004 by buying the restaurant of Yves Camdeborde (3 stars Chef), "La Régalade" located in the 14th arrondissement. La Régalade Saint-Honoré opened in 2013.
Classic and Warm
The decor is classic and warm, with two spaces and a private room.
The restaurant has a 16-place dining room, housed in a mezzanine, which can offer groups of friends or work a pleasant cocoon, and during any day of the week, which is not so easy to find in Paris.
Bistrot and gastronomy
In this selective "entrée-plat-dessert" menu offered at 39€, there is a good balance between refinement, and local cuisine using meat (poultry and pork) and fish.
The kitchens are equipped with a "Formula 1" roasting pan which allows the brigade to offer beautiful pork or roasted poultry. The garnishes are sought after, for example, white beans from Paimpol with tomato.
There are undeniable dishes such as this famous sweet pig breast from Ospital, crispy rind, served for this season with multicolored carrots and a sage juice:
As for the timeless, there is also all-you-can-eat rice pudding that you can accompany with salted caramel. A slightly elastic grain and a deliciously creamy vanilla coating.
Sunday brunch
It is a brunch worthy of Gargantua which is proposed on Sunday for 35€:
-Entry buffet (dry sausages, Guémené sausages, crunchy radishes with salt and a large lump of butter, crawfish with celery dressing, avocados filled with crab meat and sugar, terrine campagnarde (country pâté), and rabbit ...)
- "dish of the day"
- Grandma's desserts
